In order to implement UN security council resolution 2371, according to the "Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China", the following management measures are adopted for some products involving in the import and export of north Korea:
From the date of the announcement, the import of coal, iron, iron ore, lead, lead ore and aquatic products from the DPRK shall be completely prohibited.Goods mentioned above that have arrived at China port before the day of the announcement can be released.No further import formalities (including the goods that have been declared but not cleared for release) will be processed since September 5.Thereafter, all products in the territory shall be treated as prohibited.
The above measures are not applied to the coal that is proved as not originally made in North Korea and transported through the North Korean port of Rajin by the export country with credible information. But the export country must notify in advance the committee set up by the UN security council with resolution 1718. The Chinese enterprises that import the goods that is not made in North Korea and is transported through the port of Rajin have to apply for the customs clearance procedures with the committee set up by the UN security council according to the resolution 1718.

This announcement will be implemented from August 15, 2017.
